In the more than a decade that the Caguas Center of Fine Arts has been in existence, the most important local and international figures have paraded through its concert hall. The concert hall and theater includes 4 dressing rooms, sound booth, light booth, 100% LED lighting system, state-of-the-art sound system, Internet and capacity for 1,876 people.

Cancellation Policy

CONVENTION CENTER RIGHT OF CANCELLATION FIRST: AT THE LESSEE'S OPTION: "THE LESSEE" will have the right to cancel this Contract, with a penalty of 10% of the deposit made, by notifying "THE CORPORATION" in writing as long as the notification is presented with no less than 120 days in advance of the first date of the "ACTIVITY". If this requirement is not met, "THE CORPORATION" will retain, without any right to reimbursement, any sum of money paid by "THE LESSEE" under this Contract. CONCERTS AND THEATHER CENTER FELIPE “LA VOZ” RODRÍGUEZ THIRD: REQUEST FOR CHANGES: "THE LESSEE" will request said change in writing to the Executive Director or her Authorized Representative. The Executive Director or her Authorized Representative will take action on the change notification, as long as it does not substantially alter what was originally requested. If the change is substantial (example: change of artist or theatrical work), in the opinion of the Executive Director or her authorized representative, she may approve said request or require the tenant to file a new request and to restart the procedures and render it without effect the prior award and the relevant parts of the contract. If the requested change is not approved, and it was not requested on or before the ninety (90) days prior to the first performance, "THE LESSEE" will not have the right to be reimbursed the royalties or payments that he had made under the contract left without effect due to the proposed change or changes, and the dates revert to Bellas Artes de Caguas, Corp.
